- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆The worst bank in the world out of all of the different types of banks, this bank, is by far the worst! I only put 1 star because it made me select a star to write a review. Realistically it should be ZERO stars! The worst customer service! Basically they have a "throw our hands up we can't help you policy" or "choose not to help you today because we don't feel like it!" I've been there before and I didn't have a problem with them then, so whatever they have going on that made them change they need to fix because they are setting a bad tone for chase banks.By Kari O'Brien, October 05, 2016
