The Branch Manager Carla Daniela was so helpful and professional it really turned my day around. - ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆Should be zero stars. You have 2 "banking professionals" working long lines on a Friday afternoon. Hey BOA- Friday afternoon are when banks are the busiest. I imagine it's been that way since at least the industrial revolution. Hire and staff appropriately. Stop running all low-budget. BTW getting rid of all your drive thru lanes is a bad move.
