- ★ ☆ ☆ ☆ ☆I thought hiring pros would be better. I was definitely wrong. They never spoke to me. Our only interaction was my questionaire and my bill. I thought I was overvalued by $36K and gave lots of info about my Ike damage and condition of house. They negotiated $6K and were congratulating themselves. When I complained, they did comp me, so I got to keep the $70 fee (1/2 of the savings.) Mr. Riley told me I was crazy for expecting more interaction, that providing it would break the business. But the worst part is that because they settled, i have no further recourse or ability to fix the problem. I'm totally screwed. They weren't even able to keep my value down to what is was for 2008 and even in this market!! Terrible job. Riley was honest and said he and most other protesters don't make $ of residential. They don't care about your business at all. They only work for the big commercial properties. Take my advice - just do it yourself. it may take time. But you'll be A LOT better off.By A Google User, November 30, 2016
